No sound recognition AI can be perfectly accurate in every setting and Earzz AI is no exception. Which is why Earzz comes with our patent pending sound recognition AI with purpose designed cloud infrastructure that is updated routinely based on your feedback - to get as accurate as possible in recognising your specific sounds at home.
The third LED at the very bottom will blink when any audible sounds are being heard.
The top side LED indicates that the bluetooth pairing is enabled (only used during device set up). The middle side LED represents your wi-fi connection status. This blinks when no wifi is found by the device. The bottom side LED indicates when the Earzz device is listening for sounds around you. This blinks when any audible sounds are being heard by your Earzz device.
This can be done by factory resetting your device and setting it up again on a different Wifi network. Please follow the factory reset and Device set up procedures as laid out in the manual. The Device Manual is available on the website as well, seen here: https://shorturl.at/fpJS7

Our AI models are trained to detect a wide variety of different types of sounds within each sound category. However, there may be sound types that may not be detected. We try to overcome this challenge by constantly training up our AI models with new sound variations, and also adding new sound categories entirely. Please do contact us via support@earzz.co.uk if you have any questions.
Yes, bluetooth must be enabled on your mobile device using the Earzz mobile app in order to pair with your Earzz device.
Push and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the top LED begins glowing. Make sure to only pair one device at a time. Ensure Earzz device is close to your mobile device.
We recommend that you place your Earzz device next to or close enough to the source of the sounds that you wish to listen for, this would ensure that the Earzz device is able to pick up sounds of interest. Finally, please ensure the device is not obstructed or covered, or placed next to the TV or any loud sources of noise. More details on best practices are included in the manual of the device. Earzz devices are not to be placed near or on top any hot and wet surfaces as they are not designed to be waterproof. We advise that you place Earzz as close as possible to the sounds' sources. In reality, detection ability would depend on a number of factors such as loudness of the sound, existing noise within the environment and the usage. The Earzz device won’t work if it is inappropriately used, for example, if the microphone is blocked, if it is used in a noisy environment, or if it has been damaged.
Earzz is designed for indoor use only, and not waterproof. More details can be found in the tech specs.
